Wheaton College '74, Wheaton Grad School '77, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School '81. I have been married to Mia for nine years. We both lost our first spouses to cancer. We have a wonderfully blended family of seven kids from 29 to 15-year-old twins. Aaron, Caleb, John, Ben, Elizabeth, Anna, and Mary. I am the planting pastor of New Hope Community Church in Shafter. We're just now getting started.

Who is that bronze adonis? You have yet to tell us one story of a father fending off all the girls come a knockin'! What is up with that?

Well, Yak,
I guess it is rather obvious that Caleb didn't get his looks from me! I am unable to fend off the girls. He was a waiter all summer and girls at his tables would just give him their phone numbers almost every shift!
I kind of wondered why, oh why didn't we live in an era when girls were so forward. Then I remembered, I NEVER looked that good!
His steady girlfriend was one of his customers a couple of months ago!
Yak- remember the good looking one is 1/4 Italian 1/4 Croatian and 1/2 The Shilohman's genes. We went an a family cruise a few years ago, the girls were trailing him all over the ship. My daughter has a family picture on her binder, her girlfrieds all want to meet Caleb.

I see you posted this photo at about midnight. Glad to see you are still a night person! Everyone seems to go to bed so early now.:( I can no longer pursue one of my favorite pastimes, late night phone calls. I remember I used to be able to call your dear departed wife at a late hour here, and even 3 hours ahead of me, we could still have a long chat. Hemmmm
